Via Baltica Nordica is a co-operation zone project financed by the Baltic Sea Region Interreg III B programme 2002-2005. Idea is to develop the regions located at the corridor by means of transnational co-operation. Main themes of the project are tourism, accessibility of railway traffic, landscape planning and Geographical Information Systems (GIS).
